The building is located in the center of the village, on a corner of two streets, with two independent doors, an access gate and another door at the end that gives direct access to the event space. On the ground floor, with a vocation for tourism, flanking a huge corridor there are five bedrooms, two with bathrooms, two without bathrooms and one suite. There is a reception room, storage room and a room for machines (laundry) which leads into a room (former kitchen) with a huge fireplace and which gives access to the outdoor area on the ground floor. This very pleasant area has a swimming pool, toilet, two storage rooms, a wood oven, a leisure area and a pergola on a small terrace, where you can watch both the magnificent Alentejo sunset and the moonlit nights. the stars.
At the top of the outdoor area, there is a huge hall with different uneven areas, with capacity for fifty people. A huge table for 22 seats is complemented by five environments with different occupations.
The lounge has direct access to the street and is supported by a storage area, the pergola previously described and the entire exterior area of the house.
The first floor was designed as a residential area, but it can also be used for tourism. It has two bedrooms, served by a common bathroom, closet, living room, kitchen with island and support division and another bathroom. The kitchen and living room give access to a huge and pleasant terrace with a pergola, with stairs leading to the lower outdoor area.
The whole house has plenty of light, and the vaulted architecture, as well as the building materials, maintain good thermal conditions.
In decorative terms, all environments are inspired by the Arab world, being completely decorated with new original furniture.
We are talking about a unique property in the region, both in philosophy and in design and concept, which certainly brings something differentiating, exotic and inspiring.
